Staying sane in the Wood Snake Year: Take a breath

Jennifer Eldon teaches us a one minute breathing technique to reclaim nervous system regulation

As we’ve written about HERE, HERE and HERE, this Wood Snake Year is certainly living up to its promise— and we’re all feeling the effects just a few short months in!

So, I decided it was high time to tap the incredible community of clients, collaborators and friends around our work here at TOTEM and The Skeptical Shaman podcast to bring all of us short, snackable, and human-scaled tips and tricks to stay sane in this Wood Snake Year!

In this video, I chat with the incredible

of JenniRose Breathwork about how we can regulate our vagus nerve— and overall nervous system— with just one or two minutes of daily, focused breathwork. Jennifer shares exactly how to do this form of breathwork, how and why it works, and why we all need a lot more of it as we navigate hte twists and turns of this Wood Snake Year!

You can learn more about Jennifer and her offerings via these links:

And, if you’re curious about what we do here at TOTEM— or how to work with me 1:1— check out these links:

Stay tuned— more of these discussions are to come here on Substack!

And, as always, thank you all for your support and engaging (and additive) comments— looking forward to keeping the conversation going!
