What happens when people stop being polite, and start getting real?
Remember how great the first few early seasons of the Real World were on MTV? How messy and uncomfortably-relatable and seemingly lacking in self-awareness the “stars” of the show were? Sure, there were cameras and sure, the houses were filled with interesting, relatively attractive people who wanted to be kind-of-famous, but even in spite of these elements the show still seemed to cling to a bit of objective reality, resulting in some incredible, organic moments between actual human beings.
