I was reading about acceptance being one of the 5 pillars of aboriginal healing last night. While reading, I realized there were aspects of myself that I was not accepting fully and decided I would work on that.
Oddly enough, this episode about radical acceptance magically appeared in my inbox. (It's true, the universe always gives you what you need.)
What great information about how to move forward with total self acceptance in a culture that is always trying to tell you that you are not good enough/sell you the quick fix.. Loved this episode. Thanks!
