Thank you...you voiced what I have felt a lot recently. I have been wiped out in the last 3 or 4 days, in between bursts of energy that I’ve taken advantage of to get things done, and ultimately made the exhaustion worse. I am turning off everything at 8:00 p.m, setting aside time to sit outside and watch the sun set as we approach the new moon being exact at 9:39 p.m. in our time zone. Then I am going to throw myself happily in bed. Slow down with friend Mercury as it stalls to go direct tomorrow. I will catch the on-line things scheduled tonight as replays. There’s nothing that really needs doing.
Thank you Rachel for this post today, it was perfect as today I was returning to a work site and it really helped to have this context .. and yes "eat some food instead of being the food" as well as making room for "laughter".
