I really must agree about the Sacred Temple flower essence. It is amazing. I have seen an increase in people respecting my energetic boundaries without me having to broach the subject. I have also felt energy and muscle in my hips shifting when I started taking this essence.

of course all of the flower essences listed here are amazing and I highly recommend, but Sacred Temple really is one of my favorites. it's so energetically grounding and for those of us who struggle with that, incredibly nourishing!
