Ahhhh Rick Rubin's The Creative Act is so so good! I'm not entirely sure what my experiences mean - nothing too clear other than waking up at 3 and 5 am for about the past week, which is unusual for me. That and seeing the open circle with a dot in the center quite a lot in my recent shamanic journeys. Which now I see is exactly what's on the cover of The Creative Act, amazing!
