I have had some of my most powerful spiritual experiences in NOLA and hopefully will visit before November. Rachel, this is such a great post in terms of your journey, clearing and opening. I appreciate you sharing this process in terms of knowing where we are connected and how best to follow the bread crumbs.

Ok apparently I need to visit NOLA, because I’ve never been.

I love this piece Rachel! One of my Genus Loci is definitely Joshua Tree :)

I'm growing a Joshua Tree from seed in the backyard-- I cannot wait to make a flower essence out of its flowers ONE DAY (they grow very, very slow, so it'll take a minute).

Holy shit!!!! Omg I can’t wait for it also! I love the Joshua Tree! It is one of the longest living desert plants - they can live up to 200 years - so yeah makes sense that it will take some time to flower.

New Orleans has always been one of my favorite cities but I don't make time to visit nearly often enough. I had my very first tarot reading at Bottom of the Cup Tea Room many, many, MANY years ago. I was lucky enough to meet Charles DuVernay on my last visit and I've been fascinated by the Black Masking / Mardi Gras Indians since then. BTW... My dreams have been so much more interesting and less stressful since I've been using your Sweet Dreams Flower Essence each night.

Bottom of the Cup is AMAZING— had a wonderful chat with the owner (5th generation, family-owned). Also: so happy to hear about Sweet Dreams. Oddly enough, I had some pretty troubled sleep last night so your note was a VITAL prompt for me to just start taking my own shit. I literally have cabinets full of this stuff— not sure why I’m not faster to just pull a bottle!
